What payment methods are acceptable?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment. If you are not comfortable with on-line ordering, please send us a money order or check.

May I pay by check or money order?

Do you take phone orders?
No, we do not take phone orders. Ordering on-line helps with keeping our accounting straight and aids in providing a better service for our customers . Keeping our business expense lower allows us to give you lower prices.

How do I know if you received my order?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent from Cats And Carrots after you have placed your order. If there is a problem with your order we will notify you within 24 hours via e-mail.

How soon do I receive my order?
Our products are usually shipped via UPS Ground with insurance. It leaves our shipping warehouse between 1 to 3 business days.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping to lower 48 states ONLY. Shipping costs is based on what the manufacturer charges us to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or anywhere else outside the U.S.?
Due to UPS regulations we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or anywhere outside the U.S. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Canada and Hawaii.

What about the sales tax?
Since our business is located in Massachusetts only orders from Massachusetts will be affected by a 5% sales tax.

What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our products and wish to return an item, you may do so under the following conditions:

If you wish to return an item, we must be contacted first. If you send the item back without authorization, you will void any and all return/exchange rights.

Cats And Carrots must be notified within 7 days of receiving item and item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be sent back with a return authorization number, to obtain a number please e-mail using our contact form. Restocking fees will be charged for any items sent back without a return authorization number.

Please do not return any items to us directly.

Item must be returned in new condition and in the complete original packaging.

Item must be properly packaged and insured with return shipping fee paid in advance.

After the manufacturer receives the box, they will inspect the returned item. If the product is in good status, the product price will be refunded. Shipping charges cannot be refunded since we pay this cost to have the item shipped directly to you.

We do not accept returns after product has been assembled or used unless it is defective.

Credit will not be issued for damaged or used products. Incorrect or defective units will be replaced or refunded. Returns for any other reason will be charged a 10-20% restocking fee, this is what the manufacturers charge us.
